Urs Huber, Chief Operating Officer Urs worked as database designer and system developer on Oracle products from 1990-1991 at Landis & Gyr Building Control and has held various positions within Credit Suisse Group from 1993 to 1999 in the fields of strategic planning / controlling, securitization and M&A / corporate finance in Zurich and Hong Kong. He now works as Senior Manager in M&A for The Corporate Finance Group in Zurich and takes an advisory focus on private equity- and MBO-consulting as well as on cross-border deals primarily in the IT and telecommunications industry. Furthermore Urs is on the advisory board for two IT companies in mobile software development and quality assurance. Urs holds a Master in Computer Science from the University of Zurich (1990) and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley (1993). He is based in Zurich and Baar, Switzerland.
